This class is for those who have previously taken BrainSavers Part 1. A brain and body total fitness program is a first of its kind workout designed by a neurologist and brain researcher to increase cognitive (brain) fitness. The thirteen-week course meets twice per week and focuses on mindfulness, social engagement, education in brain nutrition, sleep, stress management, cognitive exercise and physical exercise.
